Alexander is a hands-on builder with 20+ years in
martech, ecommerce, retail media, digital agencies,
and brand strategy. He co-founded and exited two
digital agencies (acquired by Dentsu and WPP—two
of the world’s largest advertising groups) and has
led ecommerce growth for P&G, Unilever, Samsung,
Nike, Nestlé, and IKEA. He’s designed 360° ecommerce strategies across marketplaces, retail media, and D2C—
and spent years inside an Amazon-agency environment, growing seller businesses and translating big-brand playbooks into practical systems for 3P sellers.
Matthew has 8+ years operating Amazon brands and has run portfolios totaling $15M+ in annual revenue.
He led and scaled 96 North (home fragrance) and Doodle Hog (kids’ crafts), and served as a strategic advisor to Maree—shaping offer architecture, variation structures, pricing and promos, content standards (SEO, images, A+), and profit-focused PPC across competitive categories.
At Rice, Matthew leads the team that owns brand and portfolio strategy end-to-end: niche validation, SKU/variation design, pricing ladders, promo cadence, review velocity, and retail-ready content that lifts CTR/CVR and rank. He takes full accountability for profit growth and sales, partnering with our AI agentic platform
to turn playbooks into repeatable execution—delivering lower cost, clearer outcomes, and steady, profitable growth under the Agency-
as-a-Service model.
